PANCAKE RECIPE
*Ingredients:
°1 cup flour
°2 eggs
°½ cup milk
°½ cup water
°¼ teaspoon salt
°2 tablespoons melted butter
*Method:
STEP 1 In In a large mixing bowl, flour and Mix eggs. Gradually add milk and water and stir until mixture is well blended. adding salt and lubricant; stir until smooth.
Step 2 Heat a lightly oiled iron or skillet over medium heat. Pour or scrape the mixture into the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.Tilt the baking dish in a circular motion so that the dough evenly covers the entire surface.
STEP 3 Fry the crepe for about 2 minutes until the underside is lightly golden brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and fry on the opposite side. Serve hot.
